Marlin’s steering stem top washer cover fits directly over the factory washer part #45700031 and covers the chrome factory fork stem bolt cap on Softails® & Dynas® -‘14 - Current.

FSBC3 comes with clock or thermometer, adhesive and triple chromed or black powder coated, machined billet aluminum housing.

These handsome covers will add style and class to your front end. All units are water resistant, shock resistant and have glow in the dark elements (glowing elements require reasonable exposure to light for activation.) Harley-Davidson® has several different configurations that our products will go on. Limited height clearance on some models may prohibit use of the FSBC3 so please make sure you have approximately 1 1/4" clearance between the stem top washer and bars or gauges.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THERMOMETERS:
Placing a simple analog device like these in direct sunlight will produce an elevated result and will read higher than the ambient air temperature.
